To cancel an order, please email us at within 7 days from original order date. If the order has already shipped, your refund will reflect payment for shipping costs.

Returns/Return Shipping
To be eligible for a return it must be within 30 days of original receipt, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please mail product back in original packaging to ensure protection from damage. Product can be shipped to: 1330 Perry Street Springfield, Ohio 45504.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We will honor any exchange request. Customer is responsible for shipping costs of both the return item and new item.

PiTTopper® is not responsible for any theft of product or delivery to the wrong address. Notify us within 5 days if order was not received.
